zvanog Tulmez, Tilmak, Tilmik, Talmiz i Tiroš.
Taur je sin Togarmin, unuk Gomerov, praunuk Jafetov, čukununuk Nojev.
“According
to the genealogy in Genesis, Gomer is the eldest son of Japhet. This name is
without doubt Semitic term for the population on the north shore of the Pontus,
who were known to th Greeks as Cimmerians.” (1)
“The
Cimmerians, who arrived in Asia Minor (the Tauri on the peninsula which was
named after them, ..." (2)
“And
those Cimmerians whom they also call Trerans (or some tribe or other of the
Cimmerian)…” (3)
“The
next tract of country was occupied by Treres, who were also Thracians;…” (4)
“Sljedeći dio zemlje bio je
zauzet od Trera, koji su Tračani…”
“Since
the Treres, a Thracian nation, are always mentioned in connexion with the
Cimmerians, and it is ascertained that Thracian tribes possessed the western
coast of Pontus from the Thracian Bosphorus northwards as far as the mouth of
Danube…” (5)
..."
“At
a later time Cimmerians were identified with the Germanic Cimbri and the Celtic
Kymri.” (6)
“U kasnije vrijeme Cimeri su
identifikovani sa germanskim Cimbrima i Keltima Kumrima.”
“The names of the kings of the Bosporus
correspond with Thracian names; and this fact in connection with the
circumstance that there was a Thracian tribe termed Treres, connected with the
Cimmerians has been adduced to prove that the Cimmerians where Thracians...”. (7)
“Imena
“The
ancestor of the Phrygians remained on the table-land of Asia Minor, those of
the Thracians went further to the north-west, towards Bithynia, over the
Bosporus, which the Greeks named after the Thracians; and beyond the strait
they inhabitet the land under the Balkan from the Black Sea to the shores of
the Adriatic.” (9)
“And the
Phrygians themselves are Brigians, a Thracian tribe, as are also the
Mygdonians, the Bebricians, the Medobithynians, the Bithynians, and the
Thynians, and, I think, also the Mariandynians. These peoples, to be sure, have
all utterly quitted Europe, but the Mysi have remained there.” (10)
“I Frizi,
Migonijani, Bebrikani, Medovitijani, Vitini i Dinijani, i, ja mislim,
tkođe Marijandini. Ovi narodi, zasigurno drže cijelu kompletnu Evropu, ali Mizi
ostaše tamo.”
Dakle:
Cimeri su Tračani i Brigi su Tračani; Cimeri su Cimbri, Cimbri su Kumri, Kumri
su Kelti, a Kelti su Srbi.
